ABOUT THIS COURSE
The Fryer Station is one of the most, if not the most, important station in a Clover restaurant. Here we fry many of the key ingredients in our sandwiches. Out of the fryer comes the falafels for the Chickpea Fritter, the eggplants for the Egg and Eggplant, and many of the central ingredients in our seasonal sandwiches. Let's not forget the famous and unforgettable rosemary fries!
