ABOUT THIS COURSE
The Eastern Station is one of the most important stations in a Clover Restaurant. At this station, we create the Chickpea Fritter Sandwich and the Egg and Eggplant Sandwich, both of which are staples of the Clover menu. The station's name is short for Middle Eastern because the sandwiches are inpsired by cuisine from that region. There are many fascinating stories behind our food and our journey. We encourage you to explore them at www.cloverfoodlab.com.
This course is the first course in sandwich making at Clover. We began in 2008 with the Chickpea Fritter as our first sandwich on our menu and you, too, will begin your journey with the Chickpea Fritter.
