ABOUT THIS COURSE

At Clover, we treat our drinks with as much thought, creativity, and love as we do our food. We take the time to taste hundreds of coffees and visit the roasters before featuring the coffees. We also make the effort to design and develop interesting sodas and lemonades. So don't be surprised to find lavender lemonade or even jalapeño soda on the menu!
