ABOUT THIS COURSE

Welcome to Clover Guide training! As a Clover Guide Apprentice, you'll learn how we get to know our customers and help them get to know us. We're building communities around food, and that starts with being a welcoming, confident guide to our menu. Your training will consist of:

  1. Readings and a video that give context to the role and why it's so important
  2. One-on-one Reference Guide training with an Instructor
  3. CG practice hours with an Instructor over the next couple of weeks
  4. And finally, a validation that assesses whether you're ready to fly solo
